About the Journal
The Journal of Educational Inclusion and Diversity (RIED) is published by Horizonte Educativo SpA. It is an international, electronic academic journal. The journal is published semiannually with a continuous publication model: the first issue appears between January and June, and the second issue between July and December. RIED follows open-access policies, is free of charge, and peer-reviewed, serving academics, professionals, and students working in the field of education. The journal only accepts original and unpublished works and maintains a strong social and cultural commitment. It is grounded in methodological pluralism, welcoming quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method manuscripts.
The objectives of RIED are to promote academic knowledge in the field of education, addressing topics related to diversity in its various dimensions: cultural, social, gender, learning, and other perspectives that contribute to developing high-quality and accessible educational processes for all. Additionally, the journal aims to support open access to information, facilitating the dissemination of high-quality work grounded in the democratization and dialogue of knowledge. Finally, RIED seeks to strengthen the social and cultural commitment of educational processes, supporting transformative education oriented toward the holistic development of students.

Digital Preservation Policy
RIED ensures permanent access to its content through the following strategies:

LOCKSS allows participating libraries to maintain authentic copies of the journal’s content, ensuring recovery in case of loss or alteration of the original files.

CLOCKSS is a decentralized and controlled archiving system that preserves verified copies of content and guarantees open and permanent availability if the journal goes offline or ceases publication.
The journal is committed to maintaining the availability of all articles through interoperability standards and automated backup systems. All RIED content is actively deposited in the PKP Preservation Network (PN).
