Code of Ethics and Good Editorial Practices

The Journal of Educational Inclusion and Diversity adheres to the principles of editorial integrity established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). It is committed to the highest ethical standards at all stages of the publication process.

The duties of editors, authors, reviewers and readers are oriented to guarantee:

The originality of the work.

Respect for copyright and intellectual property rights.

Transparency in conflicts of interest.

Ethical treatment of research involving individuals.

In addition, the Journal of Inclusive Education and Diversity (RIED) is committed to complying with the standards of ethical behavior at all stages of the publication process, taking as a reference the Singapore Declaration developed in the framework of the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity, July 21-24, 2010, in Singapore, as a global guideline for responsible conduct in research.

Research published in RIED must have been conducted in an ethical and responsible manner, following current rules and regulations. This includes obtaining informed consent from research participants, protecting the confidentiality of data and the welfare of participants. Likewise, authors should describe in detail the research methods used and the measures taken to ensure the ethics of the research.

Research published in RIED must have been conducted in an ethical and responsible manner, following current rules and regulations. Likewise, authors should describe in detail the research methods used and the measures taken to ensure the ethics of the research.

All articles submitted to RIED must be original and must not have been previously published in any other medium.

Plagiarism, in all its forms, is unacceptable and will be grounds for rejection of the article.

Authors must properly cite all sources of information used in their research.
